Description:   Through this campaign, ODJFS is looking for campaign materials to promote its message utilizing earned media, paid advertisement, social media, radio, billboards, flyers, and additional marketing tactics, to deliver the message across the state. The contractor will create, develop, and implement a media plan, including both paid and earned media, for ODJFSs elder abuse awareness campaign that reaches all eighty-eight (88) counties in Ohio. The methods of media will need to be tailored to fit the demographic and technological capabilities of various regions of the state. The contractor will collaborate with the agencys website developer to insure the campaigns accurate inclusion on a newly developed website. The overall implementation of this campaign will take place as soon as possible with a heavy marketing push during the month of June, leading up to and following World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (June 15th).
