Description:   The project will generally consist of the Contractor providing all required construction administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and the like to improve two existing baseball fields at the Gladden Farms Community Park. Such improvements will include furnishing and installing new field lighting system and new outfield and bullpen fencing with access gates. The base scope of work will also include modifications and upgrades to the existing natural turf irrigation system. Additionally, the base scope of work will include furnishing and installing various components for the electrical and data circuitry needed to power and operate two scoreboards.
