The Solicitation is amended to remove and replace Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph 2.1.1. with the following:License: The Contractor s technologist(s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current certification as required in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property. Technologist(s) who perform MRI and CT services must have advance registry by ARRT. X-Ray Technicians must be certified by ARRT. Technologist(s) who perform ultrasound services shall be registered by ARDMS. All licenses held by the personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor s technologist(s) who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract. The Solicitation is amended to correct PWS paragraph 2.1.5. by replacing it with the following:Training (BLS*, EHR, Rad/NM, and VA MANDATORY): Contractor shall meet all VA educational requirements and mandatory course requirements defined herein; all training must be completed by the contractor s technologist(s) as required by the VA. Other training may become required. VA will communicate any changes to the training requirement to the contractor. All VA Radiology Diagnostic Imaging Services are accredited by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). As such any Contractor providing onsite radiology diagnostic imaging services must adhere to the guidelines and standards of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography ARDMS | American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography for Ultrasound Technologists and the guidelines and standards of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists https://www.arrt.org for MRI, CT and General X-Ray Technologists. Pricing Instructions: The offeror is instructed to edit the number of Sub-Line Item Numbers (SLIN) to correspond with the number of key personnel submitted for the LIN.
