Description:   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source basis with the Zenith Systems LLC to provide Lenel Security System for the Cleveland VA Medical Center for the POP of 4-1-2023 through 6-30-2023This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
