Description:		Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Housing and Community Development seeks qualified service providers (Providers) to manage Housing Resource Center Operations, which will serve the entire geographic area of Montgomery County. Housing Resource Centers (HRCs) are responsible for the listed activities below. One or more providers may be chosen. The Housing Resource Centers should provide interventions and programming that abides by the Housing First approach that is a critical part of a communitys effective homeless crisis response system, meaning that we serve the most vulnerable homeless population without preconditions or barriers.
