Description:   The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish all equipment, labor, tools and materials necessary to install a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Pavilion/Canopy cover over the hardcourts at Freedom 7 Elementary School, 400 4th Street, Cocoa, Florida 32931 pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; State Requirements for Educational Facilities; Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code; and School Board Rules, for the use of The School Board of Brevard County, Florida (School Board).The awarded Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these specifications and further described in Exhibit 1 Construction Documents, prepared by Architects RZK, Inc. and Exhibit 2, Subsurface and Geotechnical Engineering Report, prepared by Ardaman & Associates, Inc., at a rate of progress which will ensure completion of the Scope of Goods and/or Services within the Contract time specified.
